Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy lemon yellow. Nose - smoky bacon and tangy lemon. Taste - tangy and smoky bacon again. Palate - light bodied with a smoky tangy texture that continues through the finish. Overall - although this is single dimensional I like this a lot.

Bottle from eebria shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Light smoked meat, light tangy almost lemon note. Taste is more smoke, bread and butter. More lemon tang. Slightly thin, but not bad for the strength.

Keg at Torrside Brewery Open Weekend, New Mills, Derbyshire, Saturday 10th December 2016 Pours straw coloured, a touch hazy with a slim white head. Refreshing and fruity, but with a good sausage (frankfurter) touch to it. Really lovely beer, its only 2.8% but it’s a great beer, refreshing, fresh with a light fruity touch. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.7

Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Straw coloured with a thin head. Slightly weak in its texture, similar to its weak appearance, but it’s heavy smoked aroma with lots of ham goes a way to improving sipping proceedings.
