Bread & biscuit flavours in the body support the unique grassy, leafy aromas of fresh green Progress hops in this shimmering copper ale. The use of hop leaves - usually removed in the hop picking process - add a floral character and prosecco-like tang.

From the Toast companion pack. Copper/gold pour; Aromas of red berries, hops/almost copper, some nuts. Tastes of red berries with a sour finish. Nice...

Tap at Horse & Groom. Aroma is vaguely soir with some dough. Light amber. Clear. Thin translucent white creamy head. Light bitter with a zesty sour edge. Grainy. Slightly doughy hints. It'd the zesty citrus that dominates. Thin. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. It's OK if I am being generous. Just a bit all over the place.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear honey-gold with a lively, frothy off-white head. Nose has nice, lightly toasted nutty malts. Lightly sweet with a subtle off tangy note, lightly toasted grains, leafy hops. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Alright balance to finish, a slight berry tang, mild leafy bitterness. So so.
