Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 23/06/22. Black with a decent khaki covering. Nose is coffee grinds, dark malts, light spice, charr, chocolate, hint of vanilla. Taste comprises earthy roast, coffee bean, chocolate, nutty, dark malts, dried fruit rinds, light ashen tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid coffee porter for just 5.5% ... great nose.

Draft: Poured a deep black with a tan colored creamy head. Aroma is rich roasted malts, coffee, molasses, chocolate. Taste is rich roasted malts, sugary, coffee, espresso, light bitter chocolate. That coffee lingers in the finish.

Bottle bought at Cobbett's, Dorking. Aroma of black cold brew coffee. Dark and glossy. Red tints. Head soon disappears. Sour coffee berries to the fore. Medium bitter edge. Hints of underlying sugary sweetness. But it's the sour coffee that delivers what it says on the label. Light-medium bodied. Mouthfeel is thin but there is a touch of creaminess to it. Actually later the finish seems quite claggy, powdery. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. A refreshing light coffee Baltic Porter.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at an offie near Dalston Junction. Pours brown with a creamy beige head that fades a bit. Fairly sweet, has a lot of milky coffee, smooth chocolate, mellow toasted brown bread, earth. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Soft roast in the finish, more milk chocolate, background ash, mellow coffee. Drinks pretty good.
