BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk, straw. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, with some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying finish. Nicely drinkable

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 10 May 2024) Pale orange colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, orange peel and a touch of sulphur. Fruity taste with notes of apples, orange peel, grass, flowers and a sweetish finish with mild tannins and a balanced acidity. Medium body, quite sweet. Tasty and well balanced sweet cider. Nice one.

Half pint @ Haywood Cider Farm, sat outside in the Spring afternoon sun. Clear gold. Sweet apple nose. Taste presents a rosey glowing fruitiness, with almost desert-like apple fruit coming through. Very good.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, sweet apples, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, white sugar, light tart apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, little acid, little tart and has a nice sweet and sour finish.
