Imperial Orchard White is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned Belgian-style witbier. This hazy, straw yellow beer is spiced with coriander, citrus peel and lavender added to the boil and whirlpool. A spicy, fruity yeast strain is used to add complexity, and rolled oats are added for a silky texture.

This is the imperial version of Orchard White.

Clear golden. Pear, peach fruitiness but not bad. Light body for the size of beer. Pineapple, peach...kind of sweet, fruity accent.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, deep gold with a frothy, white head. Nose is grassy, booze, candy sugar, herbs, medicinal. Flavor is sweet, ginger, yeast, coriander, lemon peel. Full bodied, herbal finish. A little weird, too many no beer flavors.

Bottle courtesy of Kegbear: Poured a cloudy light orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma is dominated by dry coriander and huge wheat malt. Taste is also a nice mix between some dry coriander with loads of wheat malt with light cloves ester and a dry slightly hoppy finish. Full body with limited filtration and great carbonation with no signs of alcohol. I thought this was very interesting if maybe a tad over spiced.

Thanks to goldtwins for sharing - effervescent, cloudy gold beer - huge herbal and floral aroma, with notes of orange peel, but nothing is overpowering - rich yet subtle - very full carbonation in the mouth - nice and dry, with flavors of citrus, melon and tropical fruits - slight herbal bitterness, with sage, and possibly rosemary - lingering white wine-like tannins in the finish - beautiful beer.

Cloudy golden with tiny white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and orange notes. Sweet flavour with notes of yeast, fruits, wheat and malty notes. Malty and full bodied for a wheat.

On Tap. Pours with a small white head and a hazy yellow-gold body. Aroma of coriander candi sugar, clove and some pear. Taste is alcohol, yeast, corriander, clove and yet very nice to drink! Full mouthfeel with lively carbonation.
