(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 22 Nov 2019) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, black-currant and toast. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, black-currant, citrus, orange peel and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

500ml bottle. Gushed a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with, a crisp, malt, fruity, dry floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel.

Bottle at the Buoy & Oyster, Margate. Hazy pale amber with a thin white head. Sweet orange, peach and tangerine up front, then a pithy bitter finish with a hint of grass. A little bit grubby, and the bitterness is maybe a tad overdone and loses the flavour a touch. It's ok though.
