Blend of three threads:
#1 Stevnsberry (2022)
#2 Stevnsberry (2023)
#3 Stevnsberry (2022) - conditioned on oak staves for over a year
This special version of Stevnsberry is meticulously blended from two different vintages and an oak aged thread. Giving it a wider range of complexity and flavor than the original release. Thread #1 brought age and smoothness, with some lightly dried fruit notes to the blend. Thread #2 brought freshness, a vibrant acidity and new life to the blend. While thread #3 tied everything together by lifting the mouthfeel, giving it additional structure and adding some vanilla notes from the oak.

A whole lot of cherries in the aroma, vanilla, cherry stone, fainter sweet mead notes.
pours and settles much like dark red wine
Flavor is sweet mead, a solid cherry base , both mead and cherries match up perfectly with each other, creating a unique smooth flavor, extremely smooth palate, dangerously easy drinking mead with a super delicate fruity note. Although the mead is "only" 12% it does not at all come off as watery or thin, more like the reverse. So much more refined than the typical fortified meads we're used to in DK.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Dark purple with no head. Very nice honey and stevensberry quality. Enjoyable.

Аромат вишни, очень сладкой, как будто варенье, без особой косточки, как будто малина есть и намеки на смородину. Цвет винный и танниный, без пены понятно. Вкус весьма однобокий, только сок вишни, очень концентрированный и яркий, сахарный и даже слегка приторный в конце. Есть какие то намеки на смородину но немного совсем, от меда одна сладость, не очень раскрыт он скажем так, но все равно ярко.

Bottle at home. Pours deep ruby, nose is honey, cherry, pine, vanilla, taste is juicy cherry, cinnamon, sweet honey, vanilla.

Dark purple. No head. Ok, somewhat ridiculous amount of cherry on the nose. This is very sweet and rich, with a lot of cherry. The honey is clovery, especially with the richness. Massive cherry, which is just an overload.

Small pours from a 375mL bottle. Pours murky mahagony, like a red wine. Has a lovely semi-sweet red cherry aroma and rich honey. Flavour has a very nice red cherry expression, mostly sweet but a touch sour to balance; smooth, sweet honey. Excellent fruited mead.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma is ridiculously intense, with luxurious cherry, some oak, and deep honey notes. Flavour is absurdly luxurious and elegant, with a wonderfully decadent honey character, deep cherry, a little pith, some oak, and a touch of vanilla. Damn -- so much cherry, honey depth, and stickiness. Wonderful.
