Bottle shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Thick, inky black with nice viscosity. Aroma is peanut, vanilla, coconut, mild banana and bourbon, with nothing super strong but everything super well balanced. Taste is strong peanut, banana, vanilla, mild coconut, bourbon barrel in the background. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. No sign of alcohol. Wonderful balance.

500mL bottle 2024, drunk 11/1/25. As pictured.
Banana and barrel for days. Oily, chocolatey, malty with minor lead and spice from the lovely barrel. No booze. Sweet but not intensely so.
Big vanilla and banana. Elijah Craig alive and well. Soft, succulent, sweet. Still a lot of banana and lighter coconut. Not boozey. Fudgey and sweet. The barrel makes the beer.

500 ml bottle, thank you Clarkvv on the share! Aroma is bananas, chocolate and coconut. Flavor is rich with coconut throughout. Banana and chocolate finish. Bourbon is here just enough for balance. Shows Elijah Craig pretty decent presence. ABV not shown. Very good!

500ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is big sweet peanutbutter vanilla chocolate roast toasted coconut come banana. Taste is more of the nice big sweet chocolate vanilla cream toasted coconut and bourbon barrel notes.

500mL bottle. Pours black with minimal tan head. Aroma has vanilla, coconut, chocolate, peanuts. Flavour has peanut, bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, coconut, banana. Pretty heavy-handed, but flavours are well-integrated. Mouthfeel is thick and almost syrupy. Very much a pastry beer, well-executed.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny head. Nose has plenty of Thai banana, vanilla, peanuts, and a touch of coconut, with decadent bourbon underneath. Flavour is extremely rich and decadent, with lots of Thai banana, peanuts, coconut, vanilla, and some bourbon. Integrated flavours, with a silky, oily palate. Excellent.

Very dark, inky, no head. The aroma is wild - light peanut, vanilla and the Thai banana. On the palate, super rich, thick and sticky dark sugars. The vanilla provides good roundness. The peanut and Thai banana flow well here, just mellow. Coconut shows in the finish. Ok, this is excellent.

Bottle. Pours a pitch black hue with a tiny bubble of head. A big sweet nose, cocoa, banana. Straight up syrup, banana, coconut, sweet sticky chocolate. Whiskey.
