Bottle - batch 3 - labeled as 8.2% abv - have gold - high carbonation kicks up a frothy lace - has a nice funkiness to the nose that is lambic-ish in character, with some mild background acetic acid, lemon, melon - full and round in the mouth - opens with some moderate acidity, gets funky through the middle, and then develops a mild balancing sweetness that dissipates by the finish, which is dry, rustic, and funky - bright fruitiness, earthy and oaky funk - the gin botanicals are subtly present throughout - I quite like this.

Pale and bright. Bubbly head. Soft pale malt, light brett, very typical Fair Isle aroma. Tarter than most but sweet malts and a slight herbal character in the finish. Well balanced.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly prominent on the gin barrel, with subdued rustic saison yeast. Flavour is much the same, with gin barrels, rustic saison yeast, and some light bugs. Balanced and well-constructed. Really good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has dry light fruits and gin botanicals with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dry and earthy gin notes with some tart light fruits and a decent amount of sweet grain backing.
