A red copper ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with peated notes, light cereals, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice peated caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Ste Mélanie brewery.

Growler: Poured a clear light brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly smoked malt notes with some nice grainy cereal notes. Taste is a nice mix of lightly smoked malt with some nice grainy malt features with a semi-dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super high drinkability with nice level of complexity.
