A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee grind, herbal, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee notes, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with floral coffee notes and some green pepper notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with dry roasted malt and some floral coffee with some dominant green pepper notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and no discernible alcohol notes. Well brewed but green pepper notes are somewhat overwhelming.
