Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some rye whiskey notes with vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some rye whiskey notes and vanilla notes with some minor residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some light discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable BA stout.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, bourbon barrel notes, very nice.

22oz bottle from Lighthouse Liquor pours a murky black, spitty beige head.  Nose was huge with whiskey out the gate but opened to malt and spice and cocoa.  Barrel is more round than the nose let's on.  Full bodied and round.  Woody.  8 4 8 5 15
