À chaque année, nous avons la chance de sélectionner des lots uniques de ces houblons dans la régions de Yakima dans l'État de Washington avec l'équipe de Yakima Chief Hops. L'utilisation massive de ce trio de houblons offrent une aromatique intense avec une impressionnante déclinaison fruits tropicaux. La saturation du houblon se fait sentir avec des notes d'agrumes et de fruits tropicaux particulièrement intenses en bouche. Bref, ce n'est pas déprimant comme Double IPA ! Bon match !

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 16/05/2024). Opaque yellow with small white head. Lots of citra, onion and mild citrus, feint juicy tropical notes, okay.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing left. Boozy nose with oranges and fresh herbs. The taste is also citrusy on the orange juice side. Some grassy hops blend in there, giving enough bitterness, dryness with some citrus zest notes lingering. Not a bad, warming Double IPA that has lots of orange juices, but grassy-zest dryness to balance off things.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
