Gold colour, bright, thin head. Earthy old school hops, a bit if grassiness…okay but Mt Rainier? I don't know that hop. Mellow base, light tartness and quite woody.
DP.

A: nice rustic notes with some hops.
T: along the same lines, slightly dry, nice funk.
M: 3/5

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals subtle wild yeast, gentle bugginess, and an obscured biscuity malt base. Flavour is gently tart, with lots of wild bugs, gentle tart citrus, and a touch of oak. Subtle, complex and balanced. Very good.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2023. Looks good, lightly hazy gold with some white head. Nose is green hop over saison, grassy, herbal but the yeast leads. Flavor has some candy and malt, yeast, mild spice and green grassy hop. Medium bodied.

Hazy pale amber, thin head. It's tart, lightly fruity, a bit more tart than I prefer but all good. The hops don't make much of an impression, though with these varieties that doesn't necessarily surprise me.
