Cask at Stockton Ale & Arty Fest 2019. Amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head leaving some lacing and woody toffee & caramel aroma. Taste is toffee, caramel, malt, sweetish with some light fruity bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK

25/1/2019. Cask at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear amber coloured with a bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, malt, lemon, biscuit and vanilla. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Dry, water biscuit finish.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is nutty, straw, fruit esters. Taste comprises fruit cake, light spice, brown bread, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Passable golden bitter affair.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo. Of white head. Aroma is salty twiglets, grassy hop, honey, earthy cereal, light apple,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy grains, apple. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this gold - amber beer, small white head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry malts, not that sweet. Tangy and bitterish ripe citric peel. Modest spice. Dry finish. Okay.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear orange-gold with a small, creamy white head. Has some bitter grain husky, lemon peel, nips of English yeast. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with nips of honey, grass, orange rind. Alright.
