Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and minor lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some Brett notes, some apple notes with light tart notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some brett notes, some apple notes with light tart notes with some light honey presence also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable wild ale with a nice level of complexity and mix of different flavours.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice.

(On tap @ the brewpub, Sep 2/23) Pours nearly clear bright medium gold with a decent white head that fades slowly without lace. Notes of wild apples and sour cherry particularly prominent despite just being from barrel, moderately acidic with tart pear, underripe pit fruit, leathery and lightly mulchy Brett, light white wine, soft spice/phenolic hints, touch of floral sweetness from the honey, finishing lightly tart, very lightly tannic, cherry and light funk, woody drydown into the aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, bright filling carbonation. Beautiful barrel here on top of a well-crafted wild. My first wild from Nano and very impressed.
