Belle réussite du brasseur encore une fois... En bouche, on aurait dit un mix de Saison et de Pale Ale. L'astringence m'a surpris. Le nez est surtout boisé, avec des fleurs et du foin, et une petite impression de savon. Super sèche en bouche...

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with nice floral undertones and light juicy notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops notes with some floral undertones and juicy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well executed pale ale with just the right amount of hosp flavors.
