After meeting Stulli at the yearly Bier & Big in Eindhoven it was a no brainer that we would and should brew together, especially after Borgs Sheep Shit Stout was erroneously checked in under LOC Brewery on Untappd.. So what did we brew? Well we took some of Iceland, in the form of Dökkt Rúgbrauð and some of the Netherlands, in the form of Orange peel and we brewed ourselves some thunderbread!

At Ghent Beer Festival 2017. Cloudy black with a thin, tan head. The aroma contains roasted malt, roasted coffee, toffee, smoke, licorice and wood. It tastes medium sweet and light bitter with a long, roasted finish. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Good enough, nothing more to say.

Thank you for sharing RB Crew! Sampled draft @ GBF 2017. Dark brown, creamy tanned head. Nose is lovely liquorice, cacao, roast, basic heavy liquorice. Taste is herbal cacao, liquorice, too much plastic, decent but not really my style. Cacao, black liquorice, black bread body. Decent even if not really to my preferences.
