Brasserie

Hazy, golden-orange colour with an off-white frothy-bubbly head and some light lacing spots. Citrus aromas with lemon zest, orange juice, then blending with some tropical fruit notes. The taste is lots of tangerine, so sweet and fruity with just enough dryness in the end. Light zest bitterness builds, and lingers. Quite a nice NEIPA that is unique enough, different but works overall.

Glass, 5 ounces, draught, drunk on the premises, savoured on 26 October 2023; eye: caramel with a whitish hue, opaque, no effervescence, ring of beige head, light lacing; nose: citrus fruits, light pineapple, light pepper, light pine; mouth : citrus, light pineapple, light pepper, light pine, light astringency, lightly dry finale in citrus with presence of bittering hops, medium body, quite carbonated, more bitter than expected, mildly sweet, fleshy texture; in summary: correct FRANÇAIS

A hazed milky golden ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light treacle, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light tea notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
