Brewed with premium German Pilsner, Munich & Vienna malts, hopped with Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and fermented slow and cold with our lager yeast. It pours a rich honey colour with a cracker-like aroma and a touch of lemongrass.

Draft: Poured a clear brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt notes with some floral hops notes. Taste is a mix of caramel malt notes with some herbal hops notes and light rainy notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable festbier but malt bill could be a little bit cleaner.

A lightly hazed golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
