Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some vinous notes and funky ester. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some vinous notes, some oak and some funky ester. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison with good balance and hints of acidity.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cereals, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Festibiere de Gatineau 2023.

(On tap @ Le Projet, Quebec City, July 5/23) Pours lightly hazed bright gold with a thin white head and no lace. Aroma is bright and reasonably fruity with candied lemon, pale berries, some tart orange and pit fruit, ample barnyard hay-type funk, leather, young barrels, a little phenolic action. Flavour is quite dry overall with a bit of sweetness and light lactic acidity, lemon and underripe nectarine, fruit candy esters but not to excess, fairly crisp cereal base, moderate barnyard, lightly phenolic, fairly young and prominent barrel dries out the finish with some pit fruit, light lemon and good tartness, softly bitter phenols. Light bodied, slick, active carbonation. A really nice grisette blend really, good blending.
