Nous sommes particulièrement fiers de vous présenter Terra Firma, une Saison de blé affinée sous bois. Nous avons brassé cette bière entièrement à partir de grains et de houblons du Québec. Terra Firma a été fermenté en inox puis a séjourné pendant plusieurs mois en barrique de vin blanc avec notre culture.
Les arômes de Terra Firma évoque le citron, la pêche et le cidre avec une touche de vin blanc ainsi que des notes de foin. En bouche, vous y trouverez des notes d'agrumes avec une pointe d'acidité rafraîchissante et des bulles bien agréables issues d'une refermentation naturelle en bouteille. Cette bière pourra se bonifier pendant quelques mois en bouteille.

750ml (thx, Jonathan M.!) @ Ryan's shared with Alex hoping that allergy effects won't affect my taste, hehe. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: some bugs, oak, some small acidity, and maybe a little acetone on the back. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: simple and enjoyable, I would prefer a bit more more rustic notes and funk, though.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Nice vinous funk notes, very feint pear in the background, quite enjoyable.

Getting hazier by every pour, bright-light golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and thick creamy-frothy lacing. Apple nose with a vinegar touch, funk and citrus hints. The white wine comes out a little more in the flavours. The rest is present, but milder. Funk culture lingers a bit with the apple notes. Then, some light tart. A good refreshing, vinous Saison with that funk y'a know'!

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and minor lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light vinous notes and some lemony notes. Taste is also a mix of lemony tart notes with some sour notes, light acidity with some vinous notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but somewhat one-dimensional.

A hazed golden saison with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, tropical fruits, light Brett, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with lemony notes, tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, light acidity, very nice. Bottle at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.
