Nous avons ajouté beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup de Citra Incognito lors du brassage de Structure. Ensuite, nous avons ajouté à froid une quantité outrageuse de Galaxy. C'est une véritable bombe de houblon !

Keg at Craftbeer Solnični. Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Peachy, brandyish nose. Full sweet with equally full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and syrupy with peach, grass and canned pineapples. Warming finish.

Tap at Craft Beer Solniční with Per. Murky dark yellow body, off-white head, medium retention. Banana peel and stone fruit in the dry, fruity aroma. Sweetish but generally dry taste. More stone fruit and banana, bit herbal, drier in the finish. A tasty beverage, even if it lost a lot of its hoppy aspect. Warming in the finish.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, yellowish white head. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, citrus and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in a warming, slightly boozy, finish. Full body, quite sweet. Fresh, juicy, rich, possibly a little boozy. Great beer!
