16 oz can, thanks tfontana! Aroma is honey, mineral, and yeast. Cracker malt base/ cereal. Very crisp light texture. Nice malt background. Well constructed.

9/7/23 canning, thanks to tfontana, drunk 6/1/24. Clear golden. Small, immediately dissipating, white head. Strong, fresh and dried herbs. Clean, with honey and biscuit. Nice amount of mineral. Clean, malty, hoppy, great honey character, good attenuation with plentiful herbaceous hopping. Still impressive hopping after this long. So clean, malty, dry and minerally-crisp on the finish.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with German hops, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with herbal hops, light mineral notes, light cereal, very nice and crisp.
