12oz @ Ryan's (thx for the beer!) after kids' time and a crazy busy 6 am to 10 pm work day. Appearance: slightly hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: typical European lager yeasts, some caramel. Taste: along the same lines, malty, caramel, very bitter. Overall: ok.

Poured from 355mL can (pkg 18/Apr/2023; thanks Nico). Clear-ish light amber with off-white head. I feel like there's a slightly oxidized metallic note on the nose, but not getting on the taste. Mild caramel, grain, okay, maybe a bit old.

A clear reddish copper bock with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light chalky notes, fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, faint banane, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

Can: Poured a deep amber color bock with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clear cereal notes with light caramelization is enticing. Taste is also a great mix of clean cereal notes with some light caramelization and a semi-dry aftertaste. Body is light with good carbonation. Solid bock with good flavour balance and good drinkability.

(Can) clear, very bright orange amber colour with a small beige head; aroma of grain, honey; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

On tap at Godspeed Brewery TO. Clear orange amber russet colour lasting beige head. Some sweetness from the malt some fresh tasting hop like flowers. It's a maibock. So good. Bang on flavour. Dry finish. Really good.
