Our Indian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. Brewed with what can only be described as some of the most sensational hops on the market. We have used Citra, Pacifica and Simcoe to produce a flawless equilibrium of flavour.

Exhibiting hints of grapefruit, passion fruit and citrus, our choice of hops complement our malted barley perfectly to create an IPA which builds around the mouth to a crescendo of immense hoppiness accentuated by caramel. This valiant and unique IPA is definitely one to be reveled in.

Old rating - A beer from the neighbouring island of Guernsey that I've been looking forward to trying for a while. A 500ml bottle poured into a German style Hefe-weizen glass. A lovely dark hazy amber colour with a white lively head. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit & hops. Medium bitterness. Overall a very good IPA. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1952

9th Sep 2019, one and a half cask pints; hand-pulled in The Cornerstone, St. Peter Port, Guernsey. Hoppy little number, golden body, white crown. Grapefruit leads the way in both the citrusy nose and bitter flavours, some light maltines for balance, but the citrus notes from the hop content win the day hands down.
