Kettle Sour, with an added hint of fruit in a nod to the classic Gose style. Green Means Go is dry, spritzy and very light on the palate, it has a dominating tart flavour that is rounded out with a touch of sea salt to bring balance. Keep it classy!

Can sample at a tasting at Ori Ravid's place. Murky yellow. Very vegetal, sewage, literal shit, sourish, lacto.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grapeskins, light berries, Epsom salts, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart mix of grapes, cranberry, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice.

This is not the beer I was expecting. Lots of sweetness from the melon. Not as green as I wanted or as tart. LCI

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet, notes of bile, slight baby puke, cheese, lemon, mellow acidity, a little smokey off note. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Further suggestions of butyric acid infection in the finish. Kind of ebbs and flows between normal gose and off flavours. A shame.
