Can. Clear golden body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is apple with a little hint of sulfide. Flavor is sweet, but refreshing, quite clean apple, hint of sulfide. Medium, quite balanced body and decent aftertaste. Not very complex and a bit on the sweeter side but actually quite nice and very drinkable.

330 ml can from the Norwegian importer, hardly any carbonation due to a leaky can. ABV is 5.0%. Golden colour. Fairly nice aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Moderately bittersweet flavour of cider apples, again with hints of oak and sulphites.

Can from Asda. Golden in colour, with no head but plenty of fizz. Dryish apple fruit aroma with a hint of farmyard funkiness. Easy drinking and juicy with a flavour which also inclined towards dryness. A solid cider.

330ml can. Pours light gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is twiggy, with cheap apple pie. Taste is quite twiggy. Cheap apple juice finish.

Can at home, 13/08/17. Light golden with a moderate off white crown of bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, straw, grains, light wood. Taste comprises mellow apple notes, sweet licks, straw, faint smoke, grains, wood, caramel. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Average stuff .... touch too sweet for me.

Can from Cooperative Supermarket, Hebden Bridge. Clear bright, light, golden cider. Has some tangy apple notes, all a little understated, but its sweetness hides this to a great extent and it’s fairly easy-drinking.
