On tap @ the Clyborn location. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet tangerine with some sweet grains and a bit of flora. Flavor has tangerine throughout with a growing grain note that has a bit of sweetness.

draft - brewpub in Chicago. Hard for me to give an accurate rating because I’m not a blonde ale fan - not a fan - generic

Draft taster at GL Clybourn. This is in bottles? I’ve never seen it, and the lastest raters only mention tap. Well. Golden color with a light haze, and a thin head. Light and fruity ale smell. Taste is up front with spicy, floral Cascades, not over the top, and emphasized by its level of carbonation. Very light malts, but very enjoyable.

Cask. Actually somewhat yellowish orange. Large creamy head. Aroma was dry and slightly nutty, with some herbal/straw notes. Begins slightly herbal and yet also smooth and creamy. Hops create a warm spicy flavor of light orange to balance out the soft lighlty sweet malt flavor. Overall a very well balanced beer that is wonderfully textured on cask. Some problems with wateriness/thinning out as beer progresses and finishes. Could be a bit more bold, but for its style and alcohol content, this is a decent attempt.
