Lightly hazed gold colour with a nice creamy white head. Slighlty cardboardy malt arima. In mouth, stronger signs of oxidation occurs, with corny adjunct malt definetely noted.Body of mineral water. Bought at CJs in Potsdam.

Very similar to sam Adams light, though a bit less body and lacks the yeasty taste. Ends with a few bitter notes that make it drinkable for its purpose. . .

Very light gold in colour, insane amounts of large bubbles on the inside of the glass (typical of Saranac). Very mild smell, what you might expect from a 'light'. Completely bare in flavour, also perhaps what you might expect from a 'light' beer. After trying some light beers to test out some of the bigger micro-breweries, Saranac rates down with the worst.
