Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, frutiy apples, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, apples, tart apples, dry, wood, earthy, notes of vanilla sweet apples. Bag Box @ Stable Bar, Birmingham. Pours misty orange, lightly sweet aroma. Taste is a mixed bag of fruit salad flavours with a soft acidity and dusty tannins. Decent.

Bag in a box @ The Castle Inn, West Lulworth - The permanent Dorset Cider Festival. Slightly hazy orange body with practically no head. Aroma of ripe apples with cellar notes. Flavor is also ripe apples, medium sweet and some fruity bitterness as well.
