Bottle. Somewhat cloudy yellow pour with a small white head. The aroma is strong with fruits that are identifiable as apricots. The taste is slightly sour apricots, grapefruit and pineapple. Pleasantly tart not overly sour. Mild bitterness. The palate is light and the carbonation prickly. Finishes long with lingering sweet-tart fruits. Overall well done

375ml bottle. Hazy, bright yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Perfumed floral, oaky, and fruity aroma, notes of unripe apricot, unripe yellow stone fruit in general, oak, bretty, funky yeasty notes of urinal cake, bath salt, lavender, some citrusy hoppy overtones. Taste is tart fruity, dry oaky, funky yeasty and dry, citrusy hoppy, notes of apricot, unripe apricot, lemon peel, a weak touch of urinal cake again. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Very refreshing, well balanced, a very nice one overall, only the perfumed flavours in the nose are a bit unedifying.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours translucent/hazy dirty gold with a few bubbles that didn't stick. Aroma is mildly tart, and expresses apricots. Med body. It is dry. It is tart. Not harshly burningly sour. There are wood notes. Strangely the apricots seem to take second place to a grapefruit impression. Nicely bitter. Excellent.

Cloudy, medium head. Lots of apricot sweetness and a mellow bit of brett on the nose. Same nice balance...even some nice dry hopping. Not as dynamic or complex as Nectarous, but a solid beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright apricots, wild yeast and a little oak. Flavour is loaded with apricots, followed by wild yeast, and a hint of oak. Bright apricot and wild yeast. Wild and fruity. Good stuff.
