Bottle 500ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Allendale Yakima Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, floral, resin notes, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, honey - nectar sweet, floral, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180915] 5-3-6-3-12

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, hops, and a bit of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Hazy golden, white froth. Malty aroma, light citrus. Malty flavour, some lemon and light pine. Some floral notes in the finish.

0,5 flaske fra Meny Borups alle (København), på hytta etter en god kveldsøkt med rull og pensel: klar gylden med fint skum som varer - film og kniplinger. Moderat aroma av grapefrukt, furunål og noe jordaktig. Mye citrusfrukter og furunål i smaken, og den halvtørre avslutningen er ganske så bitter. Fin munnfylde og drikkbarhet.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - apples, grapes and melon. Taste - more fruit salad and a dry earthy spice thing. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture. The finish is dry and crunchy. Overall - solid.

Keg at the potting shed. Pours clear pale gold with a thick, creamy white head. Aromas of light malt, light lemo. Taste is bitter, more lemon. Oily texture, light sweet finish.

Cask, handpump at The Bodega, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Wednesday 1st October 2014. Another damn good Allendale beer, crisp, fruity and with the Columbus and Cascade showing well here and in particularly good form. Decent, refreshing hoppy, fruity beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
