Draught at the brewery, clear light yellow colour, aroma of wheat, waffle, and a bit of spiciness, flavor of wheat a bit of spiciness and a hint of bubblegum. Light sourness and bitterness. Nice and easy, quite simple.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Andreas. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, citrusy, floral and mild peppery. Pours cloudy pale golden color with thick creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Tastes refreshing citrusy and yeasty with grainy, faint peppery and clove-like notes ending into mild bitter finish. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Bottle at the Athens apartment. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, spicy saison yeast, citrus and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

dobra jakosc. piekna spora piana, tworzaca taka czapeczke ponad szklo do saisona, wyglada to naprawde ladnie, niczym branzoleta Anny Wazowny, zabranej przez szwedow po splondrowaniu jej grobu i odcieciu jej reki. Do tego niesamowicie trwala, metne, po calosci, przyjemny posmaczek drozdzowe, chmielny, z nuta natki pietruszki i czabru. lekko slodowe, ale przelamane subtelna kwasowoscia. doskonale piwo z greckiej wyspy.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - big thanks to Dan the Man. Pours clear gold wit a foamy, white head. Big wheat flavour, light grass, saison yeast. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Finishes moderately dry, soft grassy bitterness, straw. Not bad overall.

Bottle passed onto me from Kostas at Kykao brewery, Patras and consumed at Kalianna Apartments, Lefkada Town, Lefkada, Greece, Wednesday 16th September 2020. Pours orange in colour with a white head, nice zippy saison, really very good representation of the style. Soft mouthfeel, tangy, dry finish, a little herbal, really nice.
