Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Dry and fruity nose with a hint of yeast. Medium body, an initial sweetness that gives place to a strange, lemony tartness and then lots of unpleasant phenols. I'm wondering if this was brewed with no control of fermentation temperature. Very difficult to drink. 141220

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, cabbage water, yeast, vegetables, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast, dough, mesk - mash, sharp, vegetables, cabbage water, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. Torsdag på Lokomotivværkstedet mai-19: jeg er nu snart til vejs ende med de nye danske mikrobryggerier (alle fra fad): let uklar korngylden med ok skum. Den er tilsat appelsinskald og koriander, og det kender man godt både såvel i aroma som i smag. Banan, tyggis og lit stald i tillæg. Typeriktig, forfriskende og farlig let drikkelig.
