90% dense just off-white head over clear golden beer, finely and lively carbonated. Towering head seriously hampers nasal perception. Some grains, wheat, farmyard. Unbelievably mild, almost sweet lambic. Some sulphur, waterplants (duckweed,...). Maltsweet(ish)ness, milkripe wheat. Very lively spritzy carboantion, mild acidburn and -thinning, wheatslick, refreshing. Excellent gueuze to fête with! Txs to Stef!

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: fruity, quite some apples, a bit lemony, pretty funky, brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity touch, lemony, clean acidity, soft funkiness, fruity, gentle and supple lambic. Aftertaste: soft acidity, dry, a bit woody, fruity notes, some green apples, pleasant sourness, dry finish.

Pours slightly unclear , yellow , small white head. Very funky, substantially aged lambic. Raw and rough, yet smooth at the same time. Taste is sharp, dry, high carbo over a medium body. Woody, smoother than expected. Mature yet easy going. Typical Boon, Typical Black label-line. Nice !
