Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and bread, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter flavour of hops (not American, though) and grass, with notes of roast and malt and touches of caramel. Lingering, estery and roasty aftertaste with malty hints. Okay but I wish it was more C-hoppy.

Bottle, 5.2%. Good roasted aroma, hint of fruit but it does not clash with the roastiness. Clear dark brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is roasted and fruity, but like the aroma,not a problem. Hint of spicy aroma hop. Flavourful and well-balanced.

Bottle from Fakta. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy very caramellic aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Chocolate, woody. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. A little gem considering price. (1,5 euro).

50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin off-white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, chocolate and lightly toasted notes. Bread and liquorice. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and roasted bitter with dark malts. Nice Dunkel.

clear amber, smooth offwhite head. aroma is malty, nutty bitter. faint brown sugar, faint ashes. flavor is malty, faint sweet caramelly, decent nutty bitter lager, but imo also very boring. i guess okay alternative to super boring generic stuff like tuborg classic, but svaneke have more tasty ones than this one imo.
