Not to be confused with the Midtfyns Ginger and Wasabi pale ale that is 0.1% stronger. Ratebeer facepalm! Light haze on this gold beer, a few white bubbles. Thin dry palate. Dry thin fruity ginger. Wasabi twang, but not the nostril stripping kind, not even close. Thin floral fruity ginger finish. Some good flavours here but the palate is feckin hard work, thin and dry!

Dark golden with off white head - Ginger and herbal aroma - Malt body wiht ginger and a herbal slight pepper flavour - The herbal ginger flavour goes into the finish - This was nice

KØLF 090218. Deep golden color with almost no off-white head. Aroma is ginger, wasabi. Flavor is ginger, wasabi, spices, malt. Weird beer in a interesting way.

Bottle. Clear deep golden body with almost no head. Strong aroma of ginger and horseradish. The flavor is distinct ginger and horseradish but without exaggerating. Ginger beers often also seems to be to sweet imo but not in this case. It’s some kind of novelty beer, would be disappointed if there where less ginger flavor, but this is not something I will drink much of anyway. Fair enough.

KØ17. Cloudy golden colour. White head. Ginger aroma. Ginger and wasabi flavour. Asparagus finish. Low bitterness. OK malty.
