16 oz can, thanks Bob! Crazy amounts of carbonation, gigantic slow to dissipate pale beige foam with lots of lacing. Quite hazy Arnold Palmer in appearance. Aroma has lots of dust, lemon, field grass, apricots. Flavor is dry, quite light tart, dusty, a bit like seltzer water, apricots. Just a hint of salt. Light plus body, mega carbonation. Not so good, but hey, another gose tick!

Can from RobertDale, thanks for the opportunity! Can opened with a crack and foamed everywhere. Some serious carbonation had to be cleaned up. Earthy salty light honey maltiness and a hint of fruit that I would never pick out as apricot. Decent brew, but needs some work.

16oz can from Brown Derby Wines, undated, drunk 11/1/15.
Lightly hazy pour reveals a light beige head topping a well-carbonated apricot skin colored body. Retention is moderate.
Smells like two main things in the nose: Apricot and dry bread yeast in warm water that’s beginning to activate. Love the apricot, kind of mixed on the doughy/yeastiness. There are some white pepper-like notes that may be the coriander and just a touch of light lactic acid. With warming, the apricots really assert themselves and smell fresh, juicy and authentically/well-done. The doughiness never really leaves off either, but some light vanilla and bits of honey-like maltiness creep in and help take some of the focus of it.
The flavor is a very light bodied, highly carbonated (not terribly fizzy, but not as tight as it could be) and thankfully nicely dry. Tartness seems mostly fruit-derived and the apricots are done admirably. Light saltiness, lots of whitebread and yeast, ending with some dry biscuit and cracker character. Apricot flavors linger nicely and the saltiness plays wonderfully against the tartness, making you want to keep drinking.
