12oz bottle thanks to Eric. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is light grassy hops and some floral notes. Taste is more of the nice grassy hops and some floral notes.

12 oz. bottle at Julio’s Liquor Brewfest. Hazy yellow color with thin head in a 3 oz sample glass. Aroma is a myriad of fruits, grapefruit zest, orange, maybe peach and light resin.

The fruit is the first thing that hits my tongue and after would a modest grain bill. The finish has some pine. The thing I always get from a session IPA is a light watered down mouthfeel. This does NOT feel watery; I really appreciate that because it’s not easy to make a session feel like a higher gravity ale. The hop profile also gives a larger flavor then what it is. Wow, a session IPA done correctly. Nice job here.

Undated bottle from Downtown liquors, drunk 8/7/15.
Good, frothy pour with a clear, peachy-gold body. White head is well-retained.
Soft tangerine, spongecake, lemon icing and some more robust spruce-like notes make their way out in the aroma. Clean, as always from Ipswich, with good attenuation and no astringency problems. No alcohol or flaws, low acidity/resin.
Straightforward citrus melange in the flavor also shows a little more challenging pine while lemons, tangerines and some strong grassiness round out the profile. Medium-dry body has a crackery-like malt texture, with ample carbonation and no alcohol or flaws. Not going to win the GABF gold, but it’s just another clean, well-made, unremarkable beer from Ipswich. Can certainly get behind that.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Thanks, Julio! Pours totally clear gold with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds dry and pithy citrus fruits, some mango Nd apricot. Light sweet flavor with more pithy citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, a bit of smokey minerality, more apricot, a bit of peach. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and lightly drying on the finish with yet more pith and minerals, grapefruit, rindy tangerine. Solid SIPA. I could easily drink a few bottles of this sauce,

Pours hazy gold into a snifter. Bright white head with little retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Underarm aromas. Dry with light biscuit and dry mandarin in the medium length finish.
