Draft at the source. Wow, great fruit notes, mango, passionfruit, grain. The body is crisp and light with a mild tart finish. Tartness is held at bay by a nice grain bill. Very simple and clean. Easy to drain at 3%

Draught at the brewery, 6/12/15
Incredibly pale, white-gold body is moderately hazy with a small white head that recedes slowly to cover.
Bright, extremely fruity nose shows off tart tropical fruit notes as well as light lactic tartness. Quite dry, as well, in the nose, leaving only light biscuity malt traces. Minerals, light salt/seltzer water notes and some juicier, more succulent and less stark fruity notes emerge more with warming. No alcohol noted, didn’t get any flaws.
Very round mouthfeel, watery, as it should be, and with peppery carbonation that recedes rather quickly while warming, leaving the beer incredibly easy to drink. Couple that with the fact that the attenuation level is very high and the tartness and fruitiness clears the palate excellently on the end, and you’ve got quite the Summer thirst quencher. A bit of papery/husky grains are exposed at this high level of attenuation and the good dose of acidity and dry, fruity hop notes all certainly keep you on your toes. But it’s a very successful combination of the two styles. Would not have expected to enjoy American hops in a berliner weisse, yet they’ve removed any touch of resin or heavy acidity here.
