Growler shared in Geneva. Pours crystal clear very pale yellow, lightly effervescent with a creamy white head. The nose has mellow wheat, straw, lemon zest. Light sweet flavor with slight citric hops, pale wheat, some lemony tang, hay, husk. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance on the finish, further subtle lemony tartness, dry wheat, hay, biscuits. Good stuff overall. Very drinkable.

Draught at the brewery, 4/12/15
Clear, very pale straw-yellow body has very light carbonation in solution and a small, but fairly well-retained white head.
Soft, understated nose shows touches of vanilla, light spongecake and just a hint of sulphur from the yeast. Very dry, with only the faintest touch of dry grass and dusty hoppiness. Fruitiness is minimal too, though there is a touch of bubblegum. Other than the sulphur, which I guess is technically unwanted, it’s flawless and shows no alcohol. The sulphur is incredibly faint and probably only noticeable due to the extreme lightness of the beer. I think it’s quite pleasant too, giving it a more authentic farmhouse character.
Flavor is, not surprisingly, very light, but with ample, tight carbonation and no more wateriness than one would expect from the style and gravity. Soft wheat-like blandness gives just a touch of sourdough-like tartness, while hints of apricots and nectarine skin seem to be the extent of the fruitiness from the yeast. Alcohol is nowhere to be found. Finish shows very light pepper phenols and a touch of crisp hop bitterness.
Excellent! No idea what the previous two raters are talking about.
