Dark gold color with lot of foam in pour. Aroma of citrus and bread. Taste is grapefruit juice and onion. Palate is dry grapefruit.

Bread crust nose. Hazy golden, thick head. Tart crabapple, cola. Light body, easy carbonation. Strange.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent lemony gold with a white head. Aroma of passionfruit and citrus. Med body at least. Flavor is tart, not quite sour, with detectable pale malt and a fair amount of fruit - matches aroma. Very nice, but seems rather fruity for a saison. Didn’t get any funk or earth either. Still it’s quite nice.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma not much just some lactic acid tartness. Flavor is again just more tartness and some passion fruit does come out. If you like kettle sour tartness and hints of passion fruit then this is for you. If you like a estery saison like I do then this is not for you and is kind of dumbed down.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of apples, grass, and dry malts. Flavors of apples, green grapes and sharp wheat. I guess anything can be a Saison...

Taster at John B Pub. Pours a hazy straw color with a white head. Aroma is pleasant with lots of fruity notes. Taste is a bit weird with some fruity and candy notes. I wish it tastes like it smells.

A hazed golden saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light passion fruit, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Epsom salts and passion fruit, nice and refreshing. On tap at Waikiki location.
