The rich depths of Spanish Oloroso sherry are imbued into this expression of the Baltic Porter, absorbing the oxidated higher fruity notes alongside soft, creamy nuttiness.

2016 catch up - Bottle at home from brewery drunk as a birthday treat (and what a treat!) An amazing beer. Like a wine crossed with a stout. I got the temperature exactly right and the mouthfeel was amazing. Great stout flavour with the taste of the sherry lurking beautifully in the background. An amazing beer to try.
