Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Buxton Enkel ].Murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, belgium yeast, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold with abundant white foam, medium grain. Aroma is fruity and light alcoholic. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is kind of sweet and with moderate bitterness. Finish is long and moderately bitter.

Tap. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hop and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, spices, hop and a little bitter.

Keg at Fermentoren CPH, 10/05/18. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is candied fruit rinds, Belgian yeast, citric peel, straw. Taste comprises fruit esters, yeast, straw, light bubblegum, grass, light spice to balance. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Nice quaffable Belgian # ... madmitch is WAF !

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, dry malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a dry yeasty, grainy malt, dry light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
