It started with a simple craving.
Things got complicated very quickly.
Our mixed yeast and bacteria cultures really enjoy gobbling up sugars and producing alcohol and carbon dioxide, leaving the finished beer quite dry and un-sweet. It was a challenge to lend dessert-like qualities to this beverage, but through skilled use of ingredients like pureed peach, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, almond and pectin, we’ve managed to create a beer worthy of being served in that coveted after-dinner timeslot

Peach forward, pie spices, pie crust, granola, peach crumble topping. Brown sugar, and light toasty notes. Lactic, medium tartness, sour, bright, and acidic.
A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of cinnamon, ginger, peach, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of lemon pulp, light mint, peach and cinnamon, very nice. On tap at brewery.
Bottle LCBO (those heathens). Nose is interesting cloves, and something sweet and mushy, the peaches I'd guess. Not the sour sucker-punch I expect from the first sip of SPBW. Peaches and cloves, cream and an mild acidic and funky bite. Wow this is great.
