Voici une version de Éclat que nous aimons beaucoup. Pour cette version, nous avons opté pour un mélange bien et intense de purée de mangue, de framboise et d’ananas ! Ensuite, nous avons ajouté un peu de marshmallow et de la crème sans lactose de chacun des fruits utilisés. Le résultat est aromatique et riche à souhait avec une texture bien épaisse. C'est comme une visite à la crèmerie !

Murky orange-brownish colour with a small bubbly top and some light sticky-film on the glass. Vanilla nose with the fruits that do come out more eventually. Juicy purée mouthfeel with a light sourness on the tongue, and crisp dryness in the finish. More mango coming out in the smell, with the berries showing more in the taste, blended with the pineapple. The marshmallow and ice cream only give a light vanilla touch, and do not add too much sweetness. Juicy, refreshing and quite fruity!

A murky orange pink ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, pineapple, light vanilla, milky character, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with banana esters, raspberry, vanilla Ice cream, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy orange color ale with a small foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit notes with some raspberry and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of tropical fruit flavors with some raspberry and residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Another great smoothie sour in this great series.
