Crisp, very clear and golden coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall off-white head that fades quickly, but leaves an ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of bubble gum, papaya, guava, pineapple, tropical fruits, resin and a dash of light malts, biscuits and a touch of pineapple, with a good bitterness noticeable from the fresh hops. Medium-bodied; Rich malts with a lot of tropically fruits here with guava, papaya and pineapple along with a soft bitterness and pungent sweetness with a lot of fruit-based sugars and complex hop finish that shows a little dryness. Aftertaste shows a nice fruit bite throughout with a lot of guava and pineapple notes, but some crisp bitterness and smooth malts that persist throughout. Overall, a pretty nice and robust beer with a good herbal and tropically finish with smooth malts and a mildish sweetness. Good to sample from local and quite fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Whole Foods in New York (NoMad, 28th Street), New York on 04-December-2022 for US$4,99, canned on 11-October-2022 and sampled on the train home to Washington with my wife and kids on 04-December-2022.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at City Beer NYC.
