Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with some lacing and good retention.Aroma of rustic cereal notes with some light citrusy notes and light funky ester notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic cereal notes with some citrusy notes and a dry finish with light funky ester. Full body with great carbonation. Solid saison with a great mix of drinkability and complexity. .

A hazed blonde saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light yeast, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light cloves, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle from brewery.
