17/3/2019. Bottle from Inn at Home, Guildford. Pours golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, caramel, citrus, herbs, butter and a hint of pine and tobacco. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and light sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour, apple, grapes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, sour, tart, grapes, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20180808]

Cask at GBBF 2018. It pours lightly hazy yellow - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, tart, tangy, apple, pear, melon and sour candy. The taste is dry, tart, apple skin, bright, bit of sherbet, farmyard, melon, sour candy and straw with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Slightly oily. Decent balance and quenching. Decent.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on this yellow gold beer, no head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light lemon sherbet. Mild floralness. Light crisp finish. Nice condition. Could be even bolder.
